8th International Symposium on High-Performance Computer Architecture

The HPCA-8 conference was held in Cambridge, Mass. from Feb. 2 to Feb. 6, 2002. The International Symposium on High-Performance Computer Architecture provided a high quality forum for scientists and engineers to present their latest research findings in this rapidly changing field. This forum was well attended by both academic and industrial experts on computer architecture. In addition to the main program, this year's HPCA offered six workshops on a variety of focus areas in computer architecture.  The conference would not be possible without the generous support of the IEEE TCCA, Compaq, Intel and Virtutech.
